Reservation Policy
Your reservation is confirmed when payment is received and you receive an email confirmation of your booking. Your reservation must be booked and paid for online before your trip. Your party should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All major credit cards are accepted.
Take-Off Policy
A minimum of six (6) riders is required for departure. If your group does not meet this requirement, your trip will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. However, if you have a small group reservation and other parties fail to arrive, affecting your ability to depart, you will be given the option to raincheck or receive a refund.
Pedal Policy
While the bike is equipped with motor assist, pedaling is encouraged for the best experience. For those who prefer not to pedal, non-pedaling seats are available on the bike.
Late Policy
Your experience can not be extended if you arrive late, so show up at least 15 minutes early. For private group tours, if we do not hear from you by 30 minutes after the start time the tour will be canceled. For individual-seat public tours, you must be on time or you will be left behind.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancel 14+ days before your reservation = Full Refund

Cancel 7-13 days before your reservation = 50% Refund

Cancel within 7 days of your reservation = No Refund
Outdoor Weather Policy
*Severe weather does not mean automatic tour cancellation.
In the event of severe weather conditions, management will make the final cancellation decision day-of. Never assume your trip is cancelled—we will contact you directly if a cancellation is necessary prior to your booking time. Should you still want to take the trip in light rain or questionable weather conditions, it is up to your discretion. However, if you choose to cancel the trip, you will not receive a refund.
Drizzle = Will still be operating
Lite rain = Management will decide day of depending on the severity
Pouring Rain= Will not operate
Lightning = Will not operate
Tornado Warning = Will not operate
If there is severe weather during the time of your booking, you will be emailed and offered a raincheck or refund for your booking.
Cleaning and Damages Policy
We ensure a clean and safe environment for our tourists; we ask that our guests respect our policies and bikes. Any damages or excessive messes made while on the bike will result in a $500 fine charged to the card on file. As well as an evaluation of the cost of the damage that you will be responsible for.
