Pedal Party is looking for outgoing, reliable, high-energy team members to help lead unforgettable rides through downtown Lafayette!

  • Position Overview:

    The Customer Service Associate – Tour Operator is truly the face of The Pedal Party. You’ll be responsible for delivering a safe, fun, and unforgettable experience on every ride. You will serve as a guide, host (with some help from a rider of course), and safety lead all in one — keeping energies high and the good times rolling as you take groups to our partner bar stops around the city. 

     

    This is a people-first role for someone who thrives in a high-energy, social environment, and loves connecting with others.

     

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Open and close the business at the start or end of shift

    • Check bookings and verify rider counts prior to departure

    • Transport riders safely along the designated route and coordinate arrivals at each partner bar stop

    • Actively engage with riders throughout the tour to keep energy high and create a memorable experience

    • Monitor rider safety at all times and enforce group guidelines before and during the ride

    • Communicate with partner bar staff at each stop to ensure smooth, timely transitions

    • Ensure the bike is cleaned, restocked, and ready for the next group after each trip

    • Perform basic pre-ride inspections to confirm the bike is in safe operating condition

    • Handle questions, concerns, or issues from riders in a professional and friendly manner

     

    Qualifications

    • Must be 21 years of age or older

    • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

    • Punctual and dependable with a strong sense of personal accountability

    • High energy and outgoing with the ability to engage and entertain diverse groups of people

    • Adaptable and quick-thinking — able to stay calm and in control in fast-paced environments

    • Eager to grow with a small business and willing to take on evolving responsibilities as the company scales

    • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment preferred but not required

    • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus!
